• Migrated financial data with successful Go-Live having overall estimates of $0.65M within stipulated time and budget.
• Effectively managed various critical data migration phases for five other client regions with overall estimates of $1.5M which helped the project align with the timelines set.
• Configured the tool features and hence optimized the data validation and upload process by 15%.
