Asstistant Manager - Hindalco Industries Limited
Strategy, Project Management and Lean Principles

  • Led firm-wide change management initiatives. 
  • Improved the raw material quality for both the Muri and Renukoot plants of Hindalco.  
  • Prepared and implemented the Contractor Evaluation Framework and a mathematical index to analyse the contractor performance at Bauxite mines.
  • Prepared an index based model for assessing the mines performance on 5 operational parameters on monthly basis.
  • Implemented and managed sevral digitisation and automation projects.
  • Saved approx. 25 lakhs per annum by implemeting a protection mechanism for the valuable bauxite transported through trucks.
