Order Management

  • Was integral in the team that developed Logic for Auto order creation for Ford customers, reducing the required man hours by 16 per month. 
  • Increased delivery shipment compliance of Toyota Customer from 57 % to 100% within 7 months by using drum buffer model TOC technique. 

Production Planning

  • Reduced cost of production by 9.5 Lacs / Month for Hyundai Customer by increasing the average specific coil weight of HR coils and increased the productivity of upstream units.
