  • Handled the category of mining auxiliary products from the preliminary stage expanding it to >12% of BU revenue in 4 years.
  • Won 5 new accounts & succesfully managed repeat business to grow the revenue from zero (FY17) to INR 6 Cr (FY21) at a CAGR > 150%. 
  • Switched from sales-only approach to value-benefit approach by packaging long-term aftermarket service with sales, thus improving customer satisfaction and retention, boosting revenue.
