• Worked in Kaizens for CNG Pipe optimization & decreasing the bends in the pipes by 30% & achieved cost reduction of Rs.197 Lacs on annualized basis.
• Reduced the Product audit Defect score of MHCV Bus/ILCV CNG BS6 models by 47%.
• Core team member in the warrenty CFT and achieved reduction in IPTV(reduction by 49%) and EPV(reduction by 18%)of Bus and ILCV models.

• Established process of new product introduction on Assembly line to manage production of new BS6 models.

• Managed performance data, monitoring, analysis of SQPDCME parameters for the factories.

Production Mangement - Frame Assembly Line

• Spearheaded a team of 60+ employee in a shift.Collaborated with internal & external stakeholders to meet daily & monthly production targets in the Frame Assembly Shop(ILCV & MHCV Bus/trucks).
• Managed manpower distribution and optimized resources through work content reduction, quality control & Line balancing.
• Spearheaded a team of 25+ employee to meet daily production target of frames production & ensure quality control.
