Resource and Capacity Management: Project Staffing Professional
Coordination with the Project Bid and Proposal team of IBM Europe to understand the stage of project acquisition and the project requirements.
Followed up with resources for skill match in projects and discussions to join the project in various locations and skill mapping.
Handled the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) team to add, replace or modify the resource structure as per the need of the client involved and skillset required and helped fit over several resources from various technical backgrounds into projects.
