• Designed techno-economic models to identify key cost and value drivers, investment recovery periods, life cycle analysis to evaluate feasibility and improvisation.
• With business development, envisioned route-to-market and pitched business case for proteins and biomaterials to local & global business partners.

Technology Transfer

• Integral member of technology transfer for $100 Million investment projects on Synthetic Biology & production of Bioethanol from 2 U.S.A. based Biotech start-ups with on-site experience of approx. 6 months at Florida & Seattle.
• Demonstrated conversion of bio-sequestrated carbon-di-oxide to astaxanthin and ethanol through genetic engineering & photosynthesis.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams of over 100 Scientists, Engineers and Finance professionals with strong technical expertise and diverse cultural backgrounds. 

COVID-19 - Molecular Diagnostics

• Spearheaded setting up of COVID testing lab; managing over 3000 tests per day; contributed to develop RT-PCR Kit & obtained approval from ICMR.
