• Saved Rs. 13 Crores for LD#3 plant by implementing a statistical dashboard to analyze more than 200 mechanical and chemical parameters of Steel to help detect process deviations in real-time.
• Decreased cost by Rs. 1 Crore, recurring year-on-year, for LD#1 plant by automating caster scheduling process.
• Fulfilled 50% of monthly Raw Material requirement of CRC West plant through automated Raw Material planning and Order placement.

• Enabled 8+ million tonnes of material movement per year at Tata Steel, Kalinganagar through project implementation of Inbound and Outbound logistics system in 2016.
• Increased Safety reporting compliance by 10% by conceptualizing an Android Safety Application, which can be used by more than 32000 employees of Tata Steel for Company-Wide safety incident reporting.
