Strategic decisions today, demand the leaders to consider the sweeping, long-term changes in politics, economics, technology, globalisation, demography, social attributes and talent management. Some "irrepressible trends" are likely to be relatively stable over the long-term while displaying short-term variation. Other "irrepressible trends" are dynamic and volatile, giving rise to accelerated and disruptive potential changes in every aspect of business and organisations across all the sectors. How do these trends emerge? How do they affect the short- and long-term goals and objectives to be set as an executive strategic leader?
To address these questions, XLRI feature a curriculum to promote thought leaders, who have bird's eye-based point of view and complement their opinions with the collective wisdom of the fellow participants to form robust, practical solutions for the future.
